With the reductions in public aid for our police force and the increase in crime, we are a group of concerned residents that have decided to do something by establishing the Fitchburg Police Support Fund. Our goal with this

charitable fund is to supply our police with the extra edge they require to win the fight on crime. The Fitchburg Police Support Fund will be able to assist our force by pooling together personal and corporate donations along with proceeds from our local fundraising activities. Plus, to ensure the longevity of the Fund, a portion will be invested by the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts. So basically, your tax-deductible gift and all future earnings from your gift, will become a permanent source of capital for the Fitchburg Police Department keeping our neighborhoods and neighbors safe.
